* Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or has missing parts due to no fault of ours.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after shipment.
To process your return, we require a receipt and a photograph of the actual condition of the product.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a few days.

To return your product, you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we can provide you with the shipping address. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. Therefore, the cost of the product is reimbursed minus the cost of shipping and collection.
