A few days ago we escaped to Galicia, fleeing the heat of the city, and specifically to O Grove, a municipality and peninsula in the province of Pontevedra. We really wanted to get to know this area of the Rías Baixas, right at the entrance to the Ría de Arousa. Its access, through an isthmus 2km long and almost 1km wide in the largest part, gives rise to the perfect balance between sea and vegetation, offering idyllic days of disconnection surrounded by natural beauty and very good gastronomy.
